Hobbies & Interests:

Toran enjoys human detective novels in the holodeck
and enjoys music from alot of cultures, from bajoran to klingon, but especially human since he has spent alot of time there(Daystrom Institute), but he still loves Trill music alot.
He also really likes learning about history since his mother was a starfleet officer and died during the dominion war, because of that when he was older he leared alot about the Dominion War and then learned alot about Trill history and Federation History

Personal History:
Toran was born in the capital of Trill, he spent some time there but then went and lived aboard the USS Olympia since his mother served there.
During the dominion war most of the civilian population in the Olympia left, including Toran and his father, his mother then died during the attack on Betazed, he then grew up on trill with aspirations to become a diplomat or a politician since he always liked politics.
When he came to earth to study in Daystrom he always found human culture fascinating, since humans have only been united for about 250 years, all the wars and languages also interested him, since Trill Society had been united for a long time, human history always was very interesting to him.
When he was 18 he went off to the Daystrom Institute and got a Bachelors Degree in Political Science, he went on to get a masters degree, when he was 23 he became a Federation Ambassador, when he became 27 he decided to get into politics and become a member of the Federation Council.


Personality:
He always overthinks things, and always sees things in a bigger picture, and always tries to think 20 steps ahead, sometimes it was a weakness of his, he would think too much about was going to happen years after major events he forgot to plan for the direct aftermath, other times it helped him in life alot.
He is very calm about things, if something unusual happens he would try his best to find a rational solution and tried to remove bias, otherwise he would be a veryfriendly person and in general was happy being where he was in life.
