So I got excited today and put a first draft together of what some Rules of Order for the Federation council might look like. Please feel free to review the below Google Doc and make any comments within it and/or here. At this phase, this is just an OOC rough draft--so please do feel free to provide any suggestions for changes/removals/amendments etc.
This set of Standing Orders is based in part by a set I wrote for a couple of my political projects in the past, with edits to try and reflect the unique nature of a Star Trek political simulation.
After doing my own refinement and hearing your OOC comments, I will present it to the council in the form of a resolution at the appropriate time for formal IC consideration.
