Syrta and Idris are known multi-accounts, played by the same person. For the time being Idris is the active account and only one vote by this player should be counted.

Syrta is a non voting non councilor member of the Betazed staff. She was active in an old incarnation of the sim, and may or may not make a few guest appearances in the new incarnation. She is of the First House, the House of Truth. Their role in Betazed government is to Speak Truth to Power, often if you want to hear it or not. She may occasionally appear and have lunch with Idris, just to hold conversations letting people know what Idris is thinking.

I created Idris out of a desire to have a voting member of Council, then the Betazed player resigned. If anyone else picks up Betazed, we can talk about whether you want Syrta to be bouncing around. You might have a different idea on how Betazed works.

Tabor will be Multi-ing Jatsu Yot while PPT of the Federation (he can convert to a non-controlled NPC after, with admin approval).
